Dear customer, a gift should arrive looking like a gift. That is why every order is packed discreetly, insured, and sent with signature confirmation on higher-value items. Please allow us to look after it until it is in your hands.
Jewellery is small, high-value and irreplaceable in sentiment, so it travels insured, tracked and signature-confirmed, never in an unmarked bulk parcel.

Orders placed before 2pm local time, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day where possible. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. International orders may attract duties or VAT set by the destination country. If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, contact support@feroniajewels.com and we will open a carrier trace.
