The refund timeline, exactly

- Post the item and keep the tracking receipt.
- We inspect within 2 business days of arrival and email the result.
- Once accepted, we release the refund to your original payment method. It takes 7–10 business days to appear in your bank account, as banks set that clearing time. No restocking fee; free shipping is not charged back.
